We wish for our students to feel comfortable and safe in their accommodation. There may be times when a student feels unhappy and wishes to raise a concern or make a complaint.
We aim to deal with any complaint fairly, with confidentiality and hope to resolve any complaints as quickly as possible.

If you are not happy once you have had a response from us and wish to escalate your complaint you can contact the National Code to support you.
