OXFORD – Ruskin College
The best way to absorb a language is to live it!
We create a very special learning environment and we strive to build high quality English summer camps for young international students in our care who want to improve English as a foreign language.
With education, fun and safety being our supreme goals, we have put together exceptional holiday study programs that will be the highlight of the summer for young learners from 12 to 17 years old.
Fully supervised, accommodation, meals and activities provided.
We offer a safe and fun international environment in which to learn more about the local language and culture, whilst making friends: a truly unforgettable experience!
Our enthusiastic team work to ensure that the programs are a fun learning and social experience for our young international students . It is a once in a lifetime opportunity for young international students to learn a language, gain social skills and improve their cultural understanding through interaction in a multicultural environment.
We offer 15 hours of lessons and have the option of additional lessons if required.
Enrollment dates are flexible and courses are based on 2 or 4 week stays.
Specifically geared to young international learners, our programmes combine a professional academic method with a friendly full immersion stay.
Course certificate awarded on departure, Welcome ceremony to introduce our International Young Learners to their new home for the next few weeks.
The social programme allows our young international learners to consolidate their language learning every afternoon and evening. Our curriculum focuses on progression and encourages young international learners to improve their English.
All programmes consist of 3 hours (60 minutes) of English tuition each morning. Our teachers are well qualified, native English speakers and have EFL teaching experience. They use effective modern techniques to create interesting, enjoyable lessons. Class sizes for morning and afternoon sessions are kept to a maximum of 15 students per classroom.
Free time and evenings are filled with a selection of sports and fun social and cultural activities. Excursions are organised during the weekdays as well as weekends, and they include all the major attractions of the cities, educational visits, social events and much more. All of these activities are very carefully selected, organised and supervised at all times.
Our activity leaders will guarantee that boredom is banned from the camp and that students enjoy amazing activities.
There is no better way to spend the summer holidays, most children end up not wanting to leave and when it is over they will be counting down the days till next year!
