Through our initial discussions together, we work out what type of property you want to rent. Do you want to live alone, with friends or in student accommodation?
The Welcome Pack
We have studied, lived and worked in the City of London. As a result we have put together all of our knowledge for you to take away. The Welcome Pack contains useful information on:
Moving in and moving out of your flat, steps on what you need to know,
restaurants in your area and clubs including exclusive help with membership. |

Five easy steps to your relocation:
Step one:
We establish your requirements for a property based on the date of your move, budget, commute and lifestyle.
Step two:
We view numerous properties and find a shortlist for you to look at when you arrive in London.
Step three:
The choice is yours to pick “the one”.
Step four:
We negotiate the contract, draft your guarantee letter and facilitate the set-up of your UK bank account (if needed). You hand over an admin fee of £250.
Step five:
We hand you the keys and your welcome pack.
